At Petit Beau-ty & Grooming Co, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If what you purchased doesn’t work out, we’ll happily provide a refund or exchange for the item, subject to the return guidelines below.

• Items returned will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. 
• Returns and Exchanges must be within 14 days of the purchase with the original sales receipt.

All orders are typically processed and shipped by the next business day but it can take up to 7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Customers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address at the time of their order & must submit any address changes via email prior to shipment.
